Support You Need

As a residential student at Baptist Bible Seminary, we want to provide the support and services that you need in order to enhance your academic program and care for your physical and emotional well-being.

Food Services

Our cafeteria is managed by Aladdin Food Management Services who work hard to meet the needs of today’s college students.

  • You’ll find a variety of options and flavors at every meal, brought to you by Aladdin Food Management Services.
  • Seminary students have several options for using the dining hall.
    • Semester meal plan for 14 meals each week.
    • Semester meal plan for 21 meals each week.
    • A block of 10 meals purchased through the Business Office and used at any time during the semester.
  • Special dietary needs can be discussed with the food service director at 570.585.9348.

Safety and Security

Campus Safety and Security works to maintain a safe and peaceful environment on campus.

  • Our Safety and Security Department serves the campus by maintaining a safe and peaceful environment.
  • The department consists of trained guards who provide 24-hour campus coverage.
  • Grounds and buildings are continuously patrolled by security guards, either on foot or in a security vehicle.
  • Residence halls are locked and checked continuously through the night.
  • All parking lots and walkways on campus are well lit.
  • Stop signs, crosswalks and speed limits are strategically placed to ensure the safety of both pedestrians and motorists.

Vehicle Registrations
All students who own, use or park a vehicle on campus must pay to register their vehicle with the Safety and Security Department each year. You can register your vehicle online or in the Office for Student Development on the third floor of Jackson Hall.

Clery Act Information
Clarks Summit University provides 13 on-campus housing facilities located at 538 Venard Road, South Abington Township, Pennsylvania. No off-campus (non-campus) housing facilities are provided for students. On-campus facilities are: Ridley Hall, Shaffer Hall, Loescher Hall, Bancroft Hall, Christen Hall, Carter Hall, Commons Hall, Barndollar Hall, Woolsey Hall, Fletcher Hall, Vibbard Hall, Thompson Hall and Nordling Hall.

For this report, local and/or state law enforcement agencies provided us with statistics that we have combined with statistics gathered from our campus security authorities.

Counseling Services

The Office for Student Development can assist you in finding a person with whom you feel comfortable meeting for counseling and mentoring. Professional counseling services are also available through the on-campus Foundations Christian Counseling Center.

Career Services

Career Services can help you become familiar with your strengths and abilities through career and personality testing. They can also assist you with selecting an academic program that will allow you to use those skills in practical ministry. Explore the resources available to you through Career Services.

Mail Services

The Campus Post Office offers USPS, UPS, and FedEx services for your convenience. You will be assigned a mailbox and a key to use during your time as a student. Mail should be addressed as follows:
