You have a passion for spreading the gospel through planting new churches or revitalizing established ones. Through theoretical and experiential learning, the Church Planting and Renewal concentration prepares you for vocational church planting as a launch pastor or team member.
Credit Hours
Accessible and Hands-on
The Church Planting and Renewal concentration within this fully accredited, 36-credit-hour, online Master of Arts degree combines both online courses and field-based ministry. You will be equipped for careers and ministry as a Christian leader in as little as two years.

Your mentored apprenticeship will be completed with seasoned church planters and planting churches, so that you can get experence and build connections.
Serve in a variety of churches
You will learn how to plant and revive churches, both in your own culture and cross-culturally.
Understand church biblically
You’ll construct a biblical foundation and practical rationale for starting and growing biblically sound, culturally relevant and healthy churches.
Your Courses
Each of your courses is taught from a biblical worldview. You’ll interact within small class sizes and with professors who really care about you and your goals. You’ll not only receive quality academics to prepare you for the next steps in your career and ministry, but you’ll also get mentorship to prepare you for life.
