Ministry Highlights

We saw over 1600 people from our community attend our Trunk or Treat outreach event.  We prayed for people, and God brought people!

We had over 40 cars/families participate and serve our community in the Trunk or Treat event.  On top of that number, there were countless individuals manning bounce houses, serving hot drinks, meeting/greeting, parking, etc.  This church has an immense desire to serve!

The biggest highlight was not in the number of people who attended nor in the number of people serving.  The biggest highlight was seeing expressions of total excitement and pure awe of what God had done; we witnessed an answer to prayer that far exceeded our expectations.

I was able to preach the last two Sunday nights of October in preparation for our Trunk or Treat event.  We concluded the last Sunday night with a worship/prayer time.  It was a spiritually charging time, we worshipped our great God and then pled with Him to something great through this event.

Key Prayer Requests

The follow up of Trunk or Treat. We hitched this community outreach event with our “Friendship Sunday” on November 6.  We would love for people to continually hear the truth of God’s Word and ultimately be changed by it.

I am beginning to meet with a student who is far from God and has a terrible home life.  There will be no end to the discord or hopes of reconciliation unless God dramatically intervenes.  Pray for life change in this student and for the family members involved.

Continue to pray for Jaycee and the pregnancy… We are less than two months away from the due date.  Jaycee has continued to be healthy throughout the pregnancy.  However, there is still a significant amount of “prepping” that needs to take place in the time leading up to our son’s arrival.

Pray for opportunities to share/demonstrate Christ with the hockey team.  Daily practices start up next week, and I am excited for the opportunity to strengthen relationships with both the players and coaches.  I had invited one of the coaches and his daughter to our Trunk or Treat event, and they showed up!  Praying that they will come to church!

Key Goals for the Next Month

Have first two projects fully completed and submitted by the end of November.

Have first two ABA’s fully completed and submitted by the end of November.

Begin my third project research/initial details, have 20 percent completed by end of November.

Build backyard ice rink by the end of the month. (in order to have hockey guys over to get extra “shooting” time in).
